At Real Value Management, our number one goal is to make a real difference in residential neighborhoods in Camden and Philadelphia. We are presently meeting this goal by acquiring single family homes at an attractive price, rehabilitating and renovating these homes in a cost-effective manner, and renting to tenants at an affordable level. Our emphasis on the initial development of recently acquired properties enables RVM to offer tenants a premium product in their area and keep ongoing maintenance and repair costs to a minimum. Lower costs translate to a higher quality of maintenance and repair service for our tenants.
Additionally, we offer a partnership with our tenants in the form of the Responsible Tenant Rewards program, which offers CASH INCENTIVES to qualified tenants on a regular basis throughout the term of their tenancy. In providing this incentive we are forging a mutually beneficial relationship with our tenants and effectively lowering their monthly rent payment, enabling them to manage their finances and increase discretionary spending in the community.
