As of July, 2017 RVM’s renovation crews provide complete renovation of the properties after the company acquires them. The rehabilitation effort includes, but is not limited to, new roofing, new or updated plumbing, electrical, kitchen appliances, cabinets and countertops, as well as new flooring and paint. Our philosophy is to do quality work on a home before a tenant moves in so that the need for ongoing repairs will be kept to a minimum.
